The CST tennis club has operated successfully in Chingford and Highams Park for over 20 years. The club is operated by Pat and Hilary McDowell, who have more than 35 years experience of coaching and managing tennis facilities between them.

CST provides contract coaching to schools throughout Woodford, Chingford, Highams Park and Walthamstow. Also many other tennis clubs in the area regularly call upon our coaching services for their members.

The coaching staff at the club all have Lawn Tennis Association and United States Professional Tennis Registry coaching qualifications. And to ensure additional confidence are background checked by the Metropolitan Police.

Pat McDowell - Head Coach, has taught tennis as a full time professional for 12 years. He is the head coach for the London Borough of Waltham Forest and principal coach at Chingford School of Tennis. He is pictured here with Peter Wing - a Great Britain veteran International whom he has worked with for over 15 years. Pat himself reached the final of the National Junior Tournament at Wimbledon.
